MOQ means minimum order quantity, the smallest standard quantity we accept for a particular product style. Our reference MOQ varies by design because molds, decoration methods and production setup differ. Contact us if you need a smaller trial order.

What Size Squash Trophy Should You Order?

For most club tournaments, the following size guide is a useful starting point.

A larger championship trophy creates a stronger presentation on stage, while smaller awards are easier to distribute and store. For events with multiple divisions, we can use one design in different sizes to keep the award set consistent.

These dimensions are recommendations rather than fixed standards. We finalize the size after reviewing your preferred design, quantity and budget.

For the cleanest logo reproduction, send us a vector file in AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF format. We can also review a high-resolution PNG or JPG if vector artwork is unavailable.

Before production, check the spelling of names, award categories, sponsor details and dates. This is especially important for orders containing many individually engraved trophies.

The first design draft is free. A physical sample is charged separately, with the sample cost and any credit toward the bulk order specified in the quotation. We include up to two design revisions in the sample development process; additional major changes may incur an extra charge.

We work with buyers who need anything from a small championship set to a complete collection of trophies and medals.

These quantities are planning examples, not minimum requirements. We can organize the order around your actual number of divisions, placements, participants and special awards.

For larger tournaments, we recommend preparing an award list before requesting a quotation. Include the quantity for each placement, the size of each trophy, any individual engraving and the number of participation medals. This gives us a clear basis for pricing and scheduling.

What does ΔE mean? Delta E (ΔE) measures the perceived difference between two colors. A lower number generally indicates a closer match. Our original product specification lists an internal color-difference target of ΔE ≤ 1.5. We can confirm the applicable measurement method and tolerance for your project before production.

International Shipping Options

Transit times are estimates and vary by destination, carrier and customs clearance. We confirm the available shipping service and estimated delivery schedule when preparing the quotation.

For tournament orders, tell us the event date and required arrival date at the beginning of the project. This allows us to plan sampling, production, packing and transport together.

What Happens If Trophies Arrive Damaged?

We take packaging and shipment protection seriously. Under our stated replacement policy, we replace trophies damaged during normal transit because of packaging failure at no charge, subject to the agreed order terms.

If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph the affected trophies, inner packaging and outer carton, then send the images to our team promptly. We will review the evidence and arrange the replacement process in line with the agreed terms.
