A: JYB operates a metal craft manufacturing facility in China and has a dedicated international sales department. Our manufacturing history dates back to 2003.
Q: What products do you manufacture?
A: Custom sports medals, championship trophies, commemorative coins, decorative metal crafts, recognition awards and promotional gifts.
Q: What is your monthly medal capacity?
A: Up to 300,000 medals, subject to product specifications and production scheduling.
Q: What is your monthly trophy capacity?
A: Approximately 500 custom trophies, depending on complexity and production requirements.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Orders start from one piece for eligible products. Newly tooled medals require at least 100 pieces. Tooling or development charges may apply.
Q: Can you manufacture from our artwork?
A: Yes. We support OEM production from artwork, drawings, reference photos or physical samples, subject to a manufacturing feasibility review.
Q: How long does sampling take?
A: Typically 15–35 days, depending on design and tooling. Existing product samples may be available at no charge, excluding freight; custom samples are quoted separately.
Q: How long does mass production take?
A: Approximately 18 days for reference medal orders and 20–45 days for trophies. Shipping time is additional.
Q: Can you supply medals for a large marathon?
A: Yes. Please send the quantity, artwork and event deadline so we can assess capacity and scheduling.
Q: Can I order just one custom trophy?
A: Yes. Orders may start from one piece, although custom tooling or development charges may apply.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Yes. Our principal export markets are Europe, North America and the Middle East. Shipping arrangements are confirmed for each order.
Q: What information do you need for a quotation?
A: Product type, artwork or reference images, dimensions, quantity, preferred materials or finishes, destination country and required delivery date.
Q: How do I choose the material and plating color?
A: Share your design and performance requirements. Our team can recommend suitable materials and discuss plating colors based on the intended appearance.
Q: Can I customize the ribbon?
A: Yes. Send the ribbon color, dimensions and artwork. The source states ribbon customization can start from one piece; confirm the applicable price and process.
Q: Can you add serial numbers or anti-counterfeiting features?
A: Yes. Options include serial numbers, QR codes and anti-counterfeiting markings, subject to the design.
Q: Will my design remain confidential?
A: We can sign an NDA to protect confidential designs and project information.
