Design Support
No finished artwork yet? Our in-house design team can provide 2D artwork at no charge and 3D design services for a fee. Initial 2D artwork is generally available in around two days, while 3D concepts typically take three to seven working days. Revisions are available until the design is approved, within the agreed project scope.
Intellectual Property Protection
We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) when required to protect confidential project information and designs.
How Does Our Low Minimum Order Quantity Work?
Unlike suppliers focused exclusively on large-volume orders, we can accept eligible products from just one piece. This makes it possible to source a single championship trophy, a personalized recognition award or a small school event order alongside major event programs.
New designs may incur tooling and development charges even for small quantities. For newly tooled medals, the minimum order is 100 pieces. Indicative medal tooling fees range from US$100 to US$300, depending on the design. The source states that tooling charges may be refunded when orders reach 20,000 pieces; repeat orders using the same mold do not incur a new mold charge. Molds are maintained for approximately two to three years. All conditions should be confirmed in your quotation.
Our Custom Order Process
Share your requirements
Send artwork, reference images, dimensions, estimated quantity, preferred finishes and destination. For event orders, include the event date and required arrival date.
Design and feasibility review
We assess suitable processes, customization options and technical details. Initial feedback is generally provided within 24 hours.
Quotation and tooling review
We prepare a quotation covering applicable tooling, sampling, production and packaging costs.
Sampling and approval
Where needed, we make a sample for approval. Typical sampling takes 15–35 days. Mass production begins after sample approval.
Mass production
We manufacture to the approved specifications and schedule and provide production photos or videos.
Inspection and packaging
Finished products are inspected and packed according to order requirements. Photos or videos can be provided before shipment.
Shipping
We arrange shipping according to the destination, order quantity and agreed trade terms.
