Four Common Ways to Work with Us

1. Custom Production from Your Artwork

You send us your finalized artwork, and we assess whether it can be produced as designed (for example, whether fine text, thin lines, and relief layers can be reproduced in full). We then suggest any necessary adjustments before developing the molds and samples.

2. Custom Production from Your Sample

You send us a physical sample or reference piece, and we assess its structure and manufacturing process, then reproduce it or improve on it. Reproducing a sample incurs an additional development fee. For samples involving third-party copyrights or brands, the customer must provide proof of authorization.

3. Creative Design (ODM)

Just tell us your event theme, brand elements, and the look you want. We will help turn your idea into a medal or trophy design that is ready for production, and we will provide renderings for your approval before mass production begins. Our design team of six delivers 2D and 3D renderings within 2–7 working days. 2D designs are free, while 3D designs are available for a fee. We revise the design until you are fully satisfied.

4. Redesign of an Existing Style

We take one of our existing medal or trophy styles and change the logo, text, colors, ribbon, or base. This saves development time and reduces mold costs. We have a catalog of ready-made styles for you to choose from, and styles that use existing molds may come with no mold fee or a lower minimum order quantity.

Design Support: From Idea to Production-Ready Plan

Many customers come to us with only a logo or a rough idea. Our design support turns it into a plan that can be produced:

Stage

What Happens

Requirements discussion

We learn about your event theme, brand elements, budget, and lead time

Design recommendations

Based on our manufacturing capabilities, we suggest shapes, relief layers, color schemes, and more

Renderings

We provide 2D and 3D renderings and tell you when to expect them

Revisions and approval

We usually revise until you are satisfied. You can approve by email, video call, or signed confirmation, whichever is most convenient for you.

Process review

We check whether the design suits die casting or stamping and whether the details can be reproduced

Sampling

Once the design and key dimensions are confirmed, we develop the molds and make the samples

Production Feasibility Review

Not every design can be produced exactly as drawn. Before making the molds, we review your artwork and focus on the following:

Legibility of fine text and logos

Line thickness, spacing, and relief height differences

Structural strength and moldability of complex shapes

Color separation and whether each area can be filled

How plating and surface treatments affect fine details

We will tell you in advance which details may not be achievable and how they can be adjusted, so you don't discover problems only after sampling. Based on your requirements, our factory will also tell you the specific parameters for each part and what the final result will look like.

Sampling and Approval: See the Sample Before Mass Production

For custom designs, a sample lets you confirm key details before mass production. Our typical sampling lead time is 15–35 days, depending on the product design, process, and mold requirements.

We make the mold only after you confirm the design and key dimensions, which reduces the risk of errors

The approved sample serves as the reference standard for mass production

For projects with specific appearance requirements, we recommend approving a sample before starting mass production

(1) For products that need a new mold, paying the mold fee is generally treated as confirmation to proceed with mold making and sampling, and includes one free sample. The mold and sampling fee is refundable once cumulative orders reach 20,000 medals, or 10,000 trophies. (2) Up to three sample revisions are free of charge. (3) We send photos or videos of the sample for your approval before shipping the physical sample. (4) The customer pays the courier fee for samples.

MOQ and Mold Fees: How Can We Accept Orders from Just 1 Piece?

Our minimum order quantity starts at 1 piece, so a single championship trophy, personalized recognition awards, small school events, and large event orders can all be handled by the same team. Please note that a new design may involve mold and development fees, even for a small quantity. We will give you a project-specific quote so you know every cost before you place your order.

(3) Mold ownership and storage terms are set out in our agreement. (4) For designs involving third-party copyrights or trademarks, we require you to confirm that you hold the authorization.
