Manufacturing Capabilities and Equipment
Quality begins with choosing the right manufacturing process for each design. Our factory uses metalworking equipment for die casting, stamping, grinding, polishing and tapping. [VERIFY] The Chinese source lists example
Metal Die Casting
Die casting is suited to decorative metal products with intricate shapes, raised logos and three-dimensional details. For custom medals and trophy components, carefully designed tooling can reproduce complex patterns and surface features. Before production, our team reviews the geometry, dimensions and manufacturing requirements to select a suitable process.
Metal Stamping
Stamping is an option for metal components requiring defined shapes and surface details. Depending on the material and artwork, it can be used for selected medal designs, decorative plates and other metal crafts.
Tooling and Mold Development
Custom awards often require dedicated tooling. We review artwork and specifications for fine lettering, logo details, relief depth and complex shapes. Customers approve the design and critical dimensions before tooling begins to help reduce production errors.
We manufacture molds in-house. Typical mold development takes 15–35 days. Molds can be stored and maintained for approximately two to three years and reused for repeat orders during that period, subject to the agreed arrangement.
Grinding, Polishing and Surface Finishing
The appearance of an award depends as much on the finish as on its shape. Depending on the design and approved process, finishes may include polished, matte, antique, plated and colored effects. For projects with specific visual requirements, we recommend approving a physical sample before mass production.
Assembly and Packaging
Some trophies and recognition awards require assembly of metal bodies, decorative bases, nameplates and other components. We review assembly and packaging requirements against the approved design. Appropriate protective packaging is particularly important for international shipments.
